Add power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality to your home or office network with the Tripp Lite NPOE-30W-1G Gigabit PoE+ Midspan Active Injector. This compact and cost-effective injector allows you to connect PoE devices such as surveillance cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones to your network, even if your network switch doesn't support PoE. With a single-port design, this injector delivers 30 watts of power and Gigabit Ethernet data through your existing Cat5e/6/6a cabling.
The Tripp Lite NPOE-30W-1G saves you time and money by eliminating the need for expensive equipment upgrades. It delivers 10/100/1000 Mbps of data and up to 30 watts of power using your existing cables. This means you don't have to invest in a PoE network switch or install AC power lines and electrical outlets. The midspan injector sends DC power and Ethernet data through your Ethernet cable, reducing cable clutter and simplifying installation.
With a range of up to 328 feet, the NPOE-30W-1G allows you to expand your wireless network to areas where an AC power outlet is unavailable. It supports full-duplex 2 Gbps communication for simultaneous data transmission and protects your devices against short circuits, overloads, and power surges.
The Tripp Lite NPOE-30W-1G offers simple plug-and-play installation, requiring no configuration or software. Just connect your switch or network jack to the shielded RJ45 Data port and your PoE device to the shielded RJ45 Power + Data port using existing Cat5e/6/6a cable. Connect the unit's C14 inlet to a NEMA 5-15R outlet using the included power cord. LED indicators show power status and data transmission.
This midspan injector is designed for installation anywhere. It features mounting holes for easy installation on a shelf, desktop, wall, or any smooth surface. The compact black plastic housing fits discreetly into your workspace without interfering with your workflow or décor. The fanless design ensures silent operation.
