Shipping Returns Policies

Shipping

• Orders ship within 1 business day of payment, subject to freight scheduling.
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, or APO/FPO mailboxes unless prior arrangements are made.

Freight

• All freight damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.
• Take clear photos of:
  • The damaged item
  • Packaging
  • The BOL damage notation
• Retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
• Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of any refund related to shipping damage.
• International buyers are fully responsible for:
  • Customs clearance
  • Duties and taxes
  • Brokerage fees
• Buyer must arrange for their own customs broker if required. Seller does not provide customs clearance services.
• All shipments are FOB origin, title and risk transfer to buyer at shipping point.

Returns

• Items are sold as-is with a 30-day Right of Return, unless otherwise stated.
• Only items shown in the listing photos are included.
• Buyer may return equipment for any reason within 30 days of receipt, provided it is returned in the same condition as shipped.
• No returns or refunds will be accepted if the buyer uses a shipping or freight forwarder for international shipment.
