Returns are accepted only when the complete item is returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all security tags! I do not offer partial refunds while allowing the item to be kept. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. I take great care to describe my items accurately to help prevent the need for returns.
I also package every item carefully to help ensure it arrives safely. If your item is damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials, including the shipping box. Carriers often require photographs of the item, packaging materials, and shipping box in order to process a damage claim. I ask that you work with me by providing any required photos so the claim can be filed promptly.
Most of my items include SECURITY TAGS and/or TAMPER-EVIDENT SEALS, which are shown in the listing photos. Returns must be received with these security features intact. I also document SERIAL NUMBERS, IMEI numbers (when applicable), unique imperfections, and may apply discreet identifying marks to protect against item substitution and counterfeit return fraud.

All my items come from a smoke-free environment with no bad smells! I have a dog & a cat but they are not allowed near my listings.
