These cables are primarily used to offer the extension between 2 devices giving you more room for organization. It can also ideally combine and extend the connection between two standard USB 3.0 cables. This USB extender cord supports a super-speed USB 3.0 data transfer rate up to 5 Gbps - 10X faster than USB 2.0 (480 Mbps), allowing you to transfer HD movies or files in seconds when your host is equipped with a USB 3.0 port.
