Why is the displayed capacity lower?

Manufacturers calculate storage using:

• 1MB = 1,000KB

Computer operating systems calculate storage using:

• 1GB = 1,024MB

• 1MB = 1,024KB

As a result, the available capacity displayed by your device will be lower than the product's stated capacity. This is an industry-standard difference and does not indicate a problem with the product.
