Vintage Commodore VIC-1520 / Model 1520 4-color printer plotter, made in Japan.

The 1520 was designed for Commodore computers including the VIC-20 and Commodore 64 and uses Commodore’s serial interface. It is an unusual early color output device that draws text and graphics using four small colored pens.

This unit is being sold AS-IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.

Unit powers on , cycles thru pen loading but that’s the only test I’ve completed. Happy to share a video or image of the process

I do not have the appropriate Commodore computer/setup available to properly test it, so no claims are being made regarding functionality. It may work, may need servicing, or may be useful for restoration or parts.

Physical condition is as shown in the photos. The case has typical age-related marks, discoloration and light wear. The paper-feed arms and controls are present. Please review all photos carefully for exact cosmetic condition and what is included.
