Shipping
Orders are usually shipped via UPS, FedEx, FedEx Smartpost*, or USPS within the specified handling time of your specific item. Most items ship with 3 business days, but certain items may ship within 5, 7, 10, 15, or even 20 business days (please be aware of handling time for your specific item). We do not ship on weekends and holidays; \"business days\" are considered Monday to Friday. We currently do not ship to US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), Military APO / FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and International locations (including Canada).
Returns
At Motion Media LLC, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, unless otherwise stated in the Item Condition as \"For parts or not working\". If you are not satisfied, for any reason simply let us know and we will offer a refund or exchange.
In order to process a return, you must contact Motion Media to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without contacting us. Packages that do not have an RMA number will not be processed.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in the condition received, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- The manufacturer\'s labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer\'s package.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer\'s equivalent model.
- Motion Media is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise or any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
If conditions are not met, Motion Media reserves the right to refuse the return.
