**The floppy may need cleaned/lubricated. It sometimes gave errors reading disks (but that may have been my boot disk)

**There is 256k on the motherboard
**I only have 1 blank plate (included), but the clips are broken
**the case is pretty cool because it opens like a car hood, and even has a prop rod
