This item is used. There is NO power adapter. The item was powered on using a universal power adapter NOT included. Only a basic evaluation was done such as powering on, booting to Windows XP, and clicking/navigating the apps. The item responds appropriate to the commands from the keyboard. Internet connectivity was not tested. Due to age the battery is DOA it does not seem to charge. During booting process a screen prompts to set the internal time. Hence, presented STRICTLY as is for collection or parts. Overall the item looks fair to near good with scuffs, scratches, dust, old sticker on front screen panel. Only what is imaged is available. Due to age, and not being extensively tested, this item will need to be serviced by a qualified technician, if use is the intent.
