This Rare, Unique, Collector's Edition patch featuring Java Mascot "Duke" holding a diploma was awarded to those attending the 2000 JavaOne conference "Java University" program. During the conference there was a retail store inside the Moscone Center in San Francisco selling other items including aviator jackets and denim jackets with the Java logo emblazoned across the back. I bought the denim jacket and that will be going up soon in my listings. I also purchased a few "Duke" items including a hand puppet.
