• All returns are accepted up to 14 days after date of delivery.  If you use an shipping label, it will be deducted from your refund amount. Customer pays return shipping.

• Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are NOT refunded. All returns have a 25% restocking fee.

• You need to have a return authorization by contacting us before you return the item.  Returned item must be same item and returned back in the same condition!
