A manual calculator for hexadecimal numbers ( numbers in base 16 ).Manufactured by Sterling Plastics Mountainside, New Jersey. Invented by IBM engineer Carl J. Lombardi who filed for a patent on 4/30/54 and granted 6/25/57. Dials turn using a stylus stored in the bottom right corner of the device. No cracks or repairs.
