Vintage Mouse Systems Corp. optical mouse, model MSC 403009-001, complete with its original reflective metal optical mouse pad.

This is an early optical mouse that predates modern optical mice and requires the included special metal mouse pad for operation. It features a 9-pin DE-9 connector and one-button Mouse Systems Corp.
