Vintage Seagate ST-124 3.5-inch MFM hard disk drive for early PC and retro-computing applications.

This is an early low-capacity hard drive from the MFM era and is considerably different from later IDE/PATA hard drives. Great candidate for a period-correct vintage computer restoration or collection.

This drive came from a reliable source and is believed to have been working when previously in service; however, it has not been personally tested and is being sold as untested.

The drive appears complete and is in very nice overall cosmetic condition for its age. Circuit board, mounting frame and drive assembly appear clean. Normal minor age/storage wear may be present.

No attempt has been made to power up or otherwise operate the drive.
