Hard drive can be heard operating
Floppy drive powers on, activity light illuminates, and drive makes noise when accessing a disk
Computer displays “Hard disk read failure – strike F1 to retry boot”
Pressing F1 retries the boot but returns the same error
Tested with DOS disks but was unable to successfully boot
