Includes the LCM-1004 module, original box, instruction manual, ribbon cable, and power adapter as shown in the photos.

The unit has not been fully tested for proper operation, so it is being sold as untested. When connected to power, the indicator lights illuminate as shown in the photos, but no further testing has been performed. Functionality is not guaranteed.

The module shows normal age/storage wear. The original box has significant cosmetic wear, scuffs, and edge wear. Please carefully review all photos for condition and exactly what is included.
