The error malfunction goes off because the right hand side door doesn't latch tightly, I put a piece of tape on corner to completely close, just to be clear on this, the side door doesn't completely close tightly, if it didn't beep and alarm to alert u the door was open you wouldn't notice, if it was a car I would fix it, but not a techy printer. I just want perspective interested buyers to know 1000% what they are buying no matter what I am selling. In addition only other topic would be low printer ink needing magenta and black ink, pictures of this and everything I thought shared information on printer. I did research ink prices and I wished the simple easy printers I can operate were priced so kindly.

   Decoding the stored codes I see a very irregular occurrences of paper jam, I think the story on why it was sold by company I purchased from was because some interoffice whining and a bit of keeping up with the jones's??

I purchased this on the blind because I really need a printer, but not this fancy.
