Pulled from my own working computer, this is the power supply for an et1831-07 Emachine. It will probably work on the 05 model as well since they are pretty much identical, but i can only guarantee the 07. Gave me no problems--I junked the computer because I had CMOS issues. This is easy to install!: two wire plugs into the MB, and the rest are power plugs into your peripherals. 4 screws hold it in. Takes 5 mins. A you tube video called "Emachines teardown" can show you if needed
