The XTEINK X4 is a thin ereader with a 4.3 inch epaper screen. It's extremely portable - it fits in a pocket easily or can attach magnetically to the back of a large iPhone. It supports EPUB, TXT, and XTC book file formats only. The screen is crisp and clear and looks great in sunlight, while the magnet on the back of the device supports use of a magnetic book light in darker rooms. The USB-C connector makes charging easy, and a single charge will last for days or weeks depending on how much it's used.

The flip side of the device's streamlined design is that is has no built-in light or touch screen, using physical buttons on the side and front to turn pages and navigate menus. It can only use DRM-free book files loaded onto its microSD card - it cannot use Kindle or Kobo book files or launch their apps.

The limitations mean the X4 can feel a little fiddly at first, but when it's set up the way you like it you'll love using it at home or on the go. The small and lightweight form factor make it comfortable to read for hours at a time, and the portability makes it easy to get some quick reading time in when waiting for appointments or standing in line.
