Return & Refund PolicyReturns

• Ourreturn policy lasts 30 days after the delivery date. If 30 days havegone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can'toffer you a refund.
• Allreturns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a returned item hasbeen received and inspected, you will be notified of refund approval.Please keep in mind that returns are subject to restocking fees andpartial refunds based on the above use, wear, or damage. You are notguaranteed a full refund.
• Originalshipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for payingfor your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchanges

ABDOffice Solutions, Inc. only accepts exchanges if any of the followingcircumstances are demonstrated with the provision of documents andproof:

• The item received is damageddue to shipment/delivery. If substantial damage is noted uponinspection, the customer has the right to refuse the shipment/delivery.Do not unpack the damaged package.
• The item received does not match the brand/model/description on the invoice.

Order ProcessingAll orders for printers and printer accessories are subject to a 5-7 working day lead time (excluding weekends and holidays).Shipping & PickupSmallerand lighter items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Heavy and oversizeitems, on the other hand, will be shipped by a commercial freightcarrier. Residential, inside, or remote delivery requests will incuradditional shipping charges. If this occurs prior to shipping, we willnotify you. The transit time for freight shipments is 7-10 businessdays after the package has been processed and shipped. Once your orderhas shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message with yourtracking number.Local customers within 30 miles of our officecan arrange for warehouse pick-up by appointment.
