Warranty Information Allrefurbished machines come with a 30-day parts warranty againstanyparts defect or malfunction under normal operating conditions. Partsthat are defective or damaged will be replaced. Please keep in mindthat the warranty does not cover consumables (e.g., toner cartridges,drum units, fusers, and developer). The warranty is null and void inthe event of misuse, parts damaged during installation by someone otherthan a qualified technician, or after the warranty period has expired.
Return & Refund Policy Returns
- Ourreturn policy lasts 30 days after the delivery date. If 30 days havegone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can'toffer you a refund.
- Allreturns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a returned item hasbeen received and inspected, you will be notified of refund approval.Please keep in mind that returns are subject to restocking fees andpartial refunds based on the above use, wear, or damage. You are notguaranteed a full refund.
- Originalshipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for payingfor your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges
ABDOffice Solutions, Inc. only accepts exchanges if any of the followingcircumstances are demonstrated with the provision of documents andproof:
- Theitem received is damaged due to shipment/delivery. If substantialdamage is noted upon inspection, the customer has the right to refusethe shipment/delivery. Do not unpack the damaged package.
- The item received does notmatch the brand/model/description on the invoice.
Order Processing All machine and accessory ordersare subject to a 5-7 working day lead time (excluding weekends andholidays). Shipping & Pickup Smallerand lighter items will be shipped via ground shipping (UPS/USPS/FEDEX).Heavy and oversize items, on the other hand, will be shipped by acommercial freight carrier. Residential, inside, or remote deliveryrequests will incur additional shipping charges. If this occurs priorto shipping, we will notify you. The transit time for freight shipmentsis 7-10 business days after the package has been processed and shipped.Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmationmessage with your tracking number.
