Hello - these items came from a bulk electronics purchase. I have 3 of them and I sold all 3 of them, and they were all returned. They are apparently not “unlocked”. The units power up like they’re supposed to, but the previous buyers that returned them said they couldn’t get the carrier to switch them over to their location. So, I am selling for parts only or for anyone that knows how to bypass the transfer that has to occur, the units do work.
