Powers on and the fan spins, but Windows Device Manager reports "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" — the card produces no usable display output. Sold strictly as-is for parts or repair.
Testing: installed in my PC — card powers on, fan spins normally, detected in Device Manager with a Code 43 error. Not usable for gaming or compute.
What's included: the graphics card only (no box, cables, or accessories).
