International Shipping & Import Duties

For international shipments, especially orders shipped to the United States, we generally use FedEx. Please note that any invoice you receive from FedEx or UPS during transit or after delivery is for import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or brokerage fees—not for shipping charges.

All shipping costs have already been fully paid by us. However, import-related charges are determined by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Each courier processes and bills these charges differently. FedEx may send the invoice while the package is in transit, at the time of delivery, or several days after the package has been delivered.

Due to extremely high UPS brokerage and tariff fees, we will no longer use UPS for international shipments, especially to the USA.
