Warranty/Returns/RMA
We do offer a 30 days warranty, unless otherwise stated in the description. All our items are tested before shipping. So in the event that your item is not working, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue quickly. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A CASE, OR CLAIM THE ITEM AS "NOT AS DESCRIBED". This will cause the solution to your problem to take longer. Please just simply send us a message and a description of your problem encountered. In most cases the issue is simply an incorrect setup, or, in some cases, caused by incompatibility hardware. You will need a RMA approval for sending item back to us. Unless we have sent you the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. We will issue an exchange, or a refund if the exchange can not be fulfilled, as long as a defect is verified by our technician. Refunds for returns due to user error/non-defective items will given less the original s/h fee.
