- Service Scope: This service is specifically for iPad models where the outer glass and touch sensor function as a single unit. The entire digitizer assembly will be replaced, meaning any existing touch issues will be completely resolved through this service.
- LCD Requirement: Your internal LCD display must be fully functional. This standard service does not cover internal display defects.

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING: This service standardly covers outer digitizer/glass replacement only. If your iPad has an internal display/LCD issue (such as lines, black bleeding spots, or no display), an additional charge will be applied for the LCD repair. If you are unsure about your device's exact condition, please contact our customer service to confirm before placing your order. STEP 2 SHIP
Mail your iPad to our facility. Your Order Number and Phone Number MUST be included inside the box. iPads are fragile—please wrap your device generously in bubble wrap and secure the shipping box with heavy-duty tape to prevent shifting during transit.

Once received, your iPad will be professionally repaired by our technicians within 1-2 business days and promptly shipped back to you. - Safe Packaging Guidelines: To ensure your iPad arrives safely at our facility, we highly recommend using a sturdy box with sufficient protective layering (such as bubble wrap or foam). Buyers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance with their preferred carrier for added peace of mind during transit.
- LCD Surcharge Note: If our diagnostic team finds that your iPad requires an LCD/inner screen replacement in addition to the outer digitizer, we will contact you regarding the additional charge before proceeding.
- Unsure About Your Model? iPad naming conventions can be confusing. Please verify your iPad model number (usually starts with an 'A' on the back cover) and message us to double-check before completing your checkout. Thank you!
