This is our original 3D-printed industrial-style enclosure designed specifically for a single AMD BC-250 accelerator card and a standard FlexATX power supply.

The primary goal of this design is to support the original AMD BC-250 cooler without any modification while maintaining a relatively compact footprint and providing a practical enclosure for custom BC-250 builds.

Body Versions - v2.3 & v2.4

This listing is available with two different body versions.

v2.3 Standard Body

• Original proven enclosure design
• Primarily printed in PLA
• Supports the original BC-250 cooler without modification
• Supports cooling fans up to 25mm thick
• Compatible with standard FlexATX power supplies

The v2.3 remains a great choice for most standard BC-250 builds.

v2.4 PLA / PETG Combo Body - New

The new v2.4 body introduces several design changes for builders who want additional fan clearance and configuration flexibility.

• Ventilated opening on the BC-250 VRAM side
• Supports cooling fans up to 32mm thick
• Front section of the two-piece main body is printed in PETG
• Rear section remains printed in PLA
• Supports the original BC-250 cooler without modification
• Compatible with standard FlexATX power supplies

The VRAM-side opening provides an additional airflow path around this area. The cooling benefit may vary depending on the system configuration and airflow setup.

v2.4 Surface Finish

Because the v2.4 body uses two different materials, the front and rear sections will have noticeably different surface finishes even when the same color is selected.

PETG naturally has a glossier surface finish than PLA. The difference is particularly noticeable with black, where the PETG front section may appear significantly shinier than the PLA rear section.

This is a normal characteristic of the v2.4 PLA/PETG hybrid construction and is not a color mismatch or manufacturing defect.

The v2.4 body requires additional manufacturing time compared with the v2.3 body and is therefore priced higher.

Assembly Options

To keep the base price as affordable as possible, the case is available in two assembly configurations.

Not Assembled

The case is supplied as individual 3D-printed enclosure components with the required screws and any optional components selected with your order. Assembly of the enclosure is required by the buyer.

Important: Assembly requires a long-reach #2 Phillips screwdriver with a shaft length of approximately 30-40cm (12-16 inches).

This measurement refers to the shaft length, not the overall length of the screwdriver. Due to the depth and internal layout of the enclosure, a standard-length screwdriver cannot reach some of the screws.

Please make sure you have the appropriate tool before selecting the Not Assembled option.

Pre-Assembled (Plug and Play)

The main enclosure components are assembled before shipment to reduce the amount of assembly work required by the buyer.

Installation of the BC-250, power supply, storage devices, and other electronic components is still required by the buyer.

The front and rear body sections may be specified separately.

For v2.4, the front section is PETG while the rear section is PLA. The two sections may therefore have noticeably different surface finishes even when the same color is selected.

Fan Guard Design

The Fan Guard is an optional paid accessory and is only included when the selected option includes Fan Fan Guard designs are available at the same price.

If no Fan Guard design is specified, the 3-Pointed Fan Guard will be used by default.

Cooling Performance

The enclosure was tested using FurMark at 1920 x 1080 resolution with an ambient temperature of approximately 28°C (82°F).

• 24 CU @ 1500 MHz (stock configuration): 76°C GPU temperature
• 40 CU @ 1500 MHz (modified configuration): 85°C GPU temperature

Actual temperatures may vary depending on ambient temperature, BC-250 configuration, power consumption, fan configuration, system setup, and other operating conditions.

Fan Recommendation

Many customers ask whether a Noctua fan is a good choice. While Noctua fans are excellent in general, the ARCTIC P12 Pro is strongly recommended for this enclosure.

Because the fan must push air through the original BC-250 heatsink, high static pressure is especially important. The P12 Pro provides excellent static pressure while remaining relatively affordable.

The optional Fan Mountable front panel can also accommodate a second 120mm fan.

Important Notes About 3D Printing

Each enclosure is produced using FDM 3D printing and individually inspected before shipment.

Due to the nature of FDM manufacturing, minor layer lines, seams, and surface variations may be visible. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed parts and do not affect normal functionality.

Slight color variations may occur between production batches due to normal filament manufacturing tolerances.

For the v2.4 PLA / PETG Hybrid Body, the PETG front section and PLA rear section intentionally have different surface finishes. This is especially visible with black.

Each case requires approximately 20+ hours of printing and production time, depending on the selected body and configuration.

The v2.4 PLA / PETG Hybrid Body requires additional production time compared with the v2.3 body.
