Don't know, never had to open one. Only Rick could tell you, on the site it says Advanced Support $50 per 1/2 hour.

Something is wrong with the UBBcode

I just made the post appear when choosing to post in HTML

Fixed

Everything is fine now

I deleted the Vimeo UBBCode Embed

I have no idea why that would cause all posts to be blank

This morning I tried to fix the Vimeo Embed Code

It didn't work

After that, all posting, replies and PMs were all blank

Than I noticed logged in as Admin that only if I chose in HTML only or in HTML and UBBCode, that everything was ok

It was blank when I chose in UBBCode only


I than deleted the Vimeo Embed Code and now everything is ok

BTW, you're not filing an advanced ticket, you'd be filing a "basic' thicket which would be free.
