We guarantee that each order placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Once your order had been shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number when provided. After you receive a notification email, no changes can be made to the order.
If you are planning to place a heavyweight/oversize order, please contact us via message providing a copy of your shopping cart or a list of SKU numbers and the quantity of the desired items. Cmple will do a discount shipping quote for you. UPS won’t be able to determine correct shipping rates for a heavyweight/oversize orders.
