5. Order tracking details - Transit time and delays
During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided.
Go to the order and you\"ll find the tracking number associated, order status can be checked anytime.

6. Delivery
If the product is showing as delivered, be sure our delivery provider didn\'t leave the product in a hidden location. 
If you are still unable to find your order, just contact us by email for help. We highly recommend you add signature confirmation at the check out when you place the order to avoid time-consuming claims for these cases.
If our delivery provider was unable to deliver your order, the tracking link will show Returned Back to Sender. The product will be returned to us and your payment will be refunded accordingly.
