Hard-to-find1984 keypad with the original cable in the original retail BOX! An original Macintosh keyboard M0110 plugs into the back of this keypad using the keyboard's cable, then this keypad plugs into the keyboard socket on an original Macintosh with the included cable. From smoke-free environment, stored well, so no smoke or old musty odors, clean and nice! Matches the style and beige color of Macintosh 128K and Mac 512K systems and early keyboard. This was essential for entering data with spreadsheets or other number intensive applications, and unlike built-in keypads on later Mac Plus keyboards, this could be set up on right or left of keyboard for use with either hand! This willmake a great addition to complete your original Mac 128K hardware collection!Keypad and original cable tested and working fine on a fully functional original 128K Macintosh. Depending on the software being used, not all keys are used in all compatible software. Every key tested working to register and function. Original cable is nice and tightly coiled unlike heavily used and stretched out ones. The cable connector clips on both cable ends are both present, not broken off, so the cable will stay firmly in place on both ends once inserted.
This is in very nice cleancondition, very hard to find now 39 years later in this condition! Looks barely used, nearly as good as it did when new in 1984! A great early Macintosh collectible. Original Macintosh beige/cream color, not heavily yellowed or discolored, no chips or cracks, all four original rubber feet on bottom clean and nice not sticky. Box has signs of age but is complete and solid.Cable will also work as a keyboard cable for the original Macintosh keyboard Model M0110 to connect to a Macintosh.
