This is in spectacular condition as you can see in the photos.I have included every page so you can see the quality of each and every page in the item. The pages inside are flawless.
The front cover and back cover have a few very thin lines of wear from storage but there are no creases or bends.
Stored in a dry, dark and safe location for the last 24 years. You will not find anything this rare in such fine quality.
