Step 2: Install the cartridge into the printer.
Step 3: If the cartridge is not recognized after installation, please reinstall the cartridge.
Step 4: To ensure the best printing result, please run nozzle check before printing. Please implement Nozzle Cleaning Process if problem on output quality.• If a message such as \"Not Original\" is displayed, click Yes or Continue to allow the printer to continue working.• If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly via e-mail. If the product is under warranty, we will arrange a return at our expense and send a replacement within 1 business day. Please do not return the product until you hear back from us. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
2. Can I change my mind?
Yes, if you need to return an item for any other reason, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be in the same condition as received, including all documentation and original unopened packaging.
Your user ID/order number must be included on the return package. Postage will be borne by the buyer.
