All products go through as following professional test before leaving the factory

4. Difficult conditions tests such as abnormal temperature, air pressure, strong sun light and rough transportations tests to ensure the printing quality remains high.

5. Water resistant test to ensure printing won\'t fade and be diluted when wet.

6. Printing quality test to ensure the printing is real black, sharp, no slur and won\'t fade.

7,Capacity test to ensure the number of printed pages is the same as the ones of original manufactured

Replace toner cartridge Instructions

1 Navigate through the menu of your laser printer using the keypad.

2 Choose \"Replace Toner.\"

3 Select the cartridge that you want to replace (the printer will give you options of which cartridge you would like to replace). The selected cartridge will rotate to the inside front of the printer.

4 Open the printer door and lift up the handhold. Gently dislodge the cartridge for removal.

5 Take a new toner cartridge out of the box and shake it gently. Remove the protective tape.

6 Insert the new cartridge into the laser printer and align the cartridge with the arrows. Push down gently to make sure it is locked into place.

7 Close the front panel of the printer, and it is ready for use.

90 days warranty will apply to all vivid-ink\'s products unless the corresponding listing states otherwise.

If items show symptoms of operational failure, are defective or are broken (a.k.a. “DOA” or Dead on Arrival), buyers must contact us via message within 7 days with a full and detailed description of the issue. vivid-ink reserves the rights to reject any claims made after 7 days for DOA cases.

If the product is assessed to be DOA, buyers will receive a full or partial refund, or a replacement product or parts. If buyers are requested to send back defective items, a replacement will be sent to buyers after we receive the returned product back in our warehouse. In such cases, we will cover the return freight charges. Such returned products will become our property and the replacement will be the buyer’s property.

Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products. vivid-ink not liable for items that have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed. Buyers should read the instruction and advice given by manufacturers and suppliers before use.

All accessories and bonus gifts (such as carry bags, cables and batteries) are not covered by the warranty.
