Easy Installation:
1. Remove the protective cover before installing
2. Tear off the plastic tape
3. Insert the ink cartridge into your printer
4. Print away!
Note:
1.Please avoid touching the chips.
2.Before placing an order, please be sure to confirm your printer model.
3.If the inks do not recognize your printer at the first time ,please take them off and install again.
Payment
1. We accept Paypal, Visa and MasterCard as payment methods. To pay, please use the checkout system. All orders must be paid immediately.
2. Please do not use the PayPal note field to instruct us to ship to another address. The note will not be read. If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us via message.
3. If you wish to cancel your order, please request a cancellation within 1 hour of payment, otherwise you will need to contact customer service to cancel your order.
Shipping
1. All orders within the 48 contiguous United States are eligible for free standard shipping.
2. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS from our U.S. warehouse and will typically arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
3.Shipping within just 24 hours after receipt of payment. (If there is a weekend or holiday in between, the term will be extended accordingly.)
Returns
1.We stand behind our products. Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise.
2.Any defective/damaged item can be replaced within 180 days from the date of purchase (we define an item as defective only if it does not function as described).
