Astronomica: Quest for Edge of the Universe PC CD trapped astronomy puzzle game! Vintage.

You awaken one night, when your friend, Sara Mayer tells you her father has disappeared, and that it had something to do with the project \"Astronomica\" he was working on at the SkyQuest Lab. She asks for your help. But the machines that access the information concerning the Astronomica project need information before they will open the door to Dr. Mayer\'s lab. You must wander through the exhibits, solving puzzles and answering questions dealing with astronomy before the doors will open. And you must keep an eye out for Sal, the dimwitted night watchman. He takes his job very seriously, and, if he discovers you, you will be kicked out of SkyQuest just in time to see it explode.

Astronomica: The Quest for the Edge of the Universe is a game full of astronomy and planet related puzzles. In fact, you can learn so much from this game that it could be classified an educational program rather than a puzzle game.

Of course, not everyone is interested in Astronomy, and you might not know all that much about it at the beginning. However, the game provides you with help in the form of \"mentors\" who give hints as to how to proceed in each puzzle. Your historical mentors are Galileo Gallilei and Albert Einstein. Your modern mentors are Elaine Overton, SkyQuest\'s director, and Beverly Dawson and Miguel Santiago, SkyQuest workers.
