Condition - Fully functional, no issues. This was originally an HP Pavillion series computer, but the plastic casing and front baffle were in bad shape, so I re-installed the computer into a new Rosewill case and added an SSD (see pics). The USB 3.0 port on the top is currently non-functional because the motherboard does not have USB 3.x support, but this can be added with a PCIe USB adapter (not included).

Thank you for looking at my sale. I am a former IT technician with over 20 years of experience working on Dell, HP and Lenovo computers. All the equipment I re-sell comes from working environments, typically local businesses who are upgrading equipment. Once I receive the computer, I clean it, repair anything that needs to be repaired and then run thorough diagnostics to make sure it is fully operational.
After the system is tested, I upgrade it to the latest available operating system that the system is licensed for. If it comes with a valid license of Windows 7, 10 or 11, I keep that with the system. If it has an older OS or no valid license of Windows, I install the latest distribution of Linux Mint. This is a free, stable, well-supported and easy-to-use alternative that runs well on almost all computers.
Of course, if you have your own commercial license of Windows, you can install that once you receive the computer. All the computers I sell run Windows 10 because that is what I use when runing my diagnostics. I also install Google Chrome and Libre Office, a free Microsoft Office alternative. Again, you can easily replace these upon receipt.
I make every effort to ensure that this computer is fully functional when it leaves my care. All my computers are also well packed and shipped. Therefore it should be ready to use upon arrival. Please note that it is not a new computer, it may not be able to run all the latest software or every available game. That said, it does make a solid and reliable home office computer for surfing the web, doing homework, checking social media, and reading email.
You can upgrade the internal components to improve performance. For example, I run all my diagnostics using a solid state drive, and in my professional opinion, this is the single best upgrade for any older PC to improve its performance. The computer also has a fully functional network port and will connect easily to the internet. Unless noted above, this is not a wireless (Wi-Fi) connection, but it should get you online with a simple ethernet cable connected to your router. Any further upgrades or modifications are at your own discretion.
As such, I cannot offer any guarantees that the computer will work with every possible software, hardware, or accessory combination that you may wish to install. I also cannot offer further technical support once you start using it - that is simply beyond my resources to provide. Therefore, the computer systems I sell on are fully tested and functional, but offered as-is, according to \'s seller policies.
