Warranty

1 Year Warranty. All items purchased through the Revolving Networks store receives a 1 year warranty. The warranty is good for a replacement or refund depending upon seller availability. Warranty is only valid if sold directly to the end user. All units purchased for resale receive a 30 day warranty.

Condition

Used – Units were pulled from a working environment. They have been tested, reset back to factory default and areGUARANTEEDto be in good working condition. Units will have some normal wear such as scratches/scuffs from being in production and come with a power cord, rack ears and blanks.

FREE – In the lower 48 States. Revolving will typically ship within 1 business day of payment receipt. Our preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground or USPS. Please contact seller for pricing on faster or alternative shipping methods. We will gladly ship on the buyer’s FedEx or UPS account if desired.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item please contact us or senda message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and senda Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a validreason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25%restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for anycosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issuedin up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items mustbe in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible forany damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added for all shipment in the state of Minnesota.
