1 Year Warranty.All items purchased through the Revolving Networks store receive a 1 year warranty.The warranty is good for a replacement or refund depending upon seller availability. Warranty is only valid if sold directly to the end user. All units purchased for resale (excluding service providers) receive a 30-day warranty. This item does NOT include any warranty from the OEM.

Used - Pulled from a working environment. They have been tested, and are guaranteedto be in good working condition. Antennas may have scratches or scrapes from being in production.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item please contact us or send a message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and send a Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a valid reason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for any cosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issued in up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible for any damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added for all shipment in the state of Minnesota.
