I cannot offer free shipping on Cisco CCNA CCNP and CCIE labsbecause labs are heavy and often must be shipped in multiple boxes with lots of packing material. Labs are not a simple product that we can just slap a label on and ship it. Each lab contains multiple items and must be packed carefully to avoid shipping damage.
