It turns on,the picture is bright and clear. We only tested the composited video input. There are some scratches and tape residue on the plastic case. It includes the front panel cover, the locking clip broke but it has a magnet that keep it close.
There is some scratches on the case as you can see in the pictures. Please keep in mind this item is heavy (25LBs unpacked) therefore the shipping charges will be high.
