PSU6 provides up to 12 outputs of 57 VDC, at 100 W per output for a total power of 1200W. PSU6 supports up to six hot-swappable modules, where each module provides two DC outputs.

**Freight shipping requires a loading dock or fork lift upon delivery. If those are not available at the address you are having a freight order delivered to, a lift gate will be required by the carrier for your delivery and an additional $150 fee will be required by the carrier. Lift gate fees are NOT included in the amount you pay at checkout through . This fee MUST be paid to seller before the Ship By date set by or your order will be subject to cancellation. Contact us directly once order is placed/paid to make lift-gate payment; we can take payment over the phone via Square or email you an invoice that can be paid online immediately upon arrival, prior to the driver leaving, you must check for any additional damage to your item and report it to us and the driver IMMEDIATELY. Failure to do this may result with inability to return the item as the delivery service will not accept responsibility past this point.

RETURNS ON FREIGHT SHIPPED ITEMS:

We do accept returns on most freight shipped items but we DO NOT offer ¥free return shipping for freight items. Buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping for any return due to Buyer's Remorse (such as buyer changed mind, found item cheaper somewhere else, buyer doesn't like it once it arrives, ordering the incorrect size, model #, color, etc., or any other reason that is not due to the fault of the seller or the manufacturer). Buyer is resonsible for all aspects of return shipping including payment as well as securing the item to a pallet to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse. We can arrange pick-up for the return but payment for return shipping MUST be made to us either via an invoice or over the phone BEFORE we schedule the freight pick-up. Any damage incurred during return transit due to the load not being secured to the pallet will be deducted from the refund up to 100% of the total purchase price, depending on extent of damage to item. 

¥Free return shipping is still offered on freight items that arrive damaged or non-operational in which case buyers    need to follow the instructions provided at time of purchase

Most orders will be dispatched within 1 working day from receiving payment (Monday-Friday). Allow 2 days for order dispatch on all freght items.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (may be a cost difference).

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it unless otherwise stated in the listing. (If the return is stated elsewhere for  15 days, the 15 days will overwrite the 30 days.) *ELECTRONICS (Including mobile devices, speakers, headphones, etc.) must be returned WITHIN 15 DAYS for refund or exchange. Video game & DVD's may only be returned due to defect out of box unles unopened and in original sealed packaging. All returned serialized merchandise will be inspected to verify serial number is the same as the item that was sent.

**Returns may be subject to restocking fees and/or return shipping costs for buyer's remorse returns. Any items that are returned having been opened, used, or otherwise removed from their original packaging and are no longer in sellable condition may be subject to that charge unless returned due to manufacturer defect. Any item returned under the incorrect reason code (i.e. item marked damaged but no damage found, or item marked defective but found to be operational, etc.) will be assessed a restocking fee & shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
