• Unlessnotedabove, all items come with a 30-Day Warranty. All parts, labor,tech support, and shipping (UPS pre-paid shipping label) is fully covered. Thiswarranty only covers hardware related issues; software issues due in part to viruses and user changed settings are not covered.
• Any missing items or items not as described must be reported with-in 14 daysupon receipt of item. After 14 days we will not be able assist with theseissues.
• Unauthorized repair attempts or upgrades will void any and all warranty.
• This warranty is valid only within the 49 continental United States and isnot transferable.If you ship this item outside the continental USA;you are voiding your warranty and we will not assist with any issues.
• Data recovery is not included under this warranty and we are not responsiblefor data that may be lost or damage during transit or repair.
• We handle all returns with-in 2 business days to ensure you are not withoutyour item for too long.

• With-in the warranty period you are allowed to return an item for a refund.A 20% restocking fee will be deductedfrom your refund to cover all shipping and packaging expenses.
• Any new sealed item returned “opened” will be charged up to a 50% restockingfee. To avoid this fee any new item must be returned still factory sealed.
• If you refuse a package or after the third attempt the package is sent back;we will charge a 20% restocking fee to cover returnshipping costs.
