Dell Intel 537EPG 56K PCI Data Fax Modem X2749 T9210 VGC - we pulled this modem from a clients machine when they upgraded workstations. They never really used the fax modem capability. It has sat on a shelf since we pulled it and while we haven’t tested it since it was pulled - meaning we can’t offer returns or refunds on the item - we expect it will give you a long life just as it did our client. These modems were rock solid and not prone to typical telephone line interference.
