Dell OptiPlex 3000 Micro Intel i7-12700T, 16GB RAM, No HDD/SSD/OS *BIOS LOCK

I DO NOT have the original owner's information, you will not be able to reset this by calling Dell.I could not figure out how to wipe the BIOS lock on these newer Micros. I tried everything I could think to do, there is no physical jumper on the MB either. I loaded an OS onto an SSD in a separate computer, put it into the PC to test if it would bypass the lock and just boot into the OS but it refuses to boot the OS, so I took the SSD back out. Selling it AS IS, since I don't want this to get returned if the buyer also can't figure out how to wipe the BIOS lock.
