Item is used with minor scratches/wear but PC is fully refurbished with new load of Windows installed. We will honor a 30-DAY WARRANY.

Warranty Policy:
•Unless notedabove, our computers/laptops come with a 30-Day Warranty. All parts, labor, tech support, and shipping (UPS pre-paid shipping label) is fully covered. This warranty only covers hardware related issues; software issues due in part to Viruses and user changed settings are not covered.
• No warranty or guarantee of duration on laptop batteries, these are tested for functionality but not longevity.
•Unless noted,parts/accessories/monitors ordered come with the standard 14-Day Warranty.
• Any missing items or items not as described must be reported with-in 14 days upon receipt of item. After 14 days we will not be able assist with these issues.
• Unauthorized repair attempts or upgrades will void any and all warranty.
• This Warranty is valid only within the 49 continental United States and is not transferable.
• Data recovery is not included under this Warranty and we are not responsible for data that may be lost or damage during transit or repair.
• We handle all returns with-in 2 business days to ensure you are not without your item for too long.Refund Policy:
• With-in the Warranty period you are allowed to return an item for a refund. Under this instance you are required to pay for safe shipping of the item back to us and the original shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Any new sealed item returned “opened” will be charged an additional 20% restocking fee. To avoid this fee any new item must be returned still factory sealed.
• If you refuse a package or after the third attempt the package is sent back; we will have to charge an additional 10% restocking fee to cover return shipping costs.Note:
Each item will be fully inspected upon arrival, any item found with the security seal broken, parts/CD missing, or we find the issue aroused from a Virus or other user use damage will be charged a larger restocking fee.100% customer satisfaction is our top priority!

• PARTS OR REPAIR- This is an as-is item only.Assume this item does NOT work and should be bought only for parts or to repair it.We will not accept returns for ANY reason.This item carries NO WARRANTY.
