This vinyl stickers are cut out and the background will be whatever you place them on.Very easy to apply to a clean surface. Carefulpeel off the backing and make sure that vinyl stays on transfer paperand place the decal where you want it.Smooth out the decal on to the surface and then remove to top layer transfer tape.You can also see many online video instructions of proper applying Vinyls.Instructions for applying the stickers are provided in last picture.This makes for a very clean decal much like the factory.
