Also, please be aware that it can be very useful for a courier driver to be able to call you if they cannot find your property.
Please do remember that once we have dispatched your items, the shipment is out of our control. We do provide an estimated delivery time and we aim to beat it, however sometimes there can be postal or courier delays which we cannot control. If you think your shipment is late, or lost, then please do contact us so that we can resolve the issue for you.
For our overseas customers - import duties / tariffs may have to be paid depending on your country\'s rules - these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All items can be returned (Between 14 and 30 days from date of purchase - please check listing for individual return periods). If you’d like to return an item please contact us through ’s messaging system. All returns but must be in their original condition and in the original packaging they were dispatched in.
