Toner is not included. Has cosmetic wear scratches scuffs sticker residue yellowing. Print quality is good. Very large printer, must be shipped freight. Will be placed on a pallet and wrapped and protected well. Please read shipping terms below.

The following testing was completed. Powered on. Printed various reports from trays 1, 2, and 3. All successful. Wiped down surfaces. Connected to computer via parallel to usb cable. Recognized by computer. Connected to ethernet port, port lights up. Did not set up drivers etc to print from computer. Duplexer also working fine. Deep/internal clean was not completed. Cold reset was performed. Usage and maintenance kit info shown in photos. Remember, toner is NOT included.

Shipping Terms – Please Read!

The shipping price of $350 for this listing is ONLY for a standarddelivery to a commercial address WITH a loading dock or forklift. Please messageus before purchase if your circumstances are otherwise in any way. If youneed the item delivered to a residential address, require liftgate service, orother extra services, an extra fee will apply. If you only have a residentialaddress and want to save money on the residential delivery fees, we can usuallyarrange for the item to be held at your local freight terminal for you to pickup instead. We are happy to walk you through that process if you have neverdone it before.

It is usually well worth it to pick up directly from theterminal if you are able to rather than pay the residential delivery andliftgate fees which can be $100-250 or even more depending on location.(Distance to local terminal will vary based on your location. You will need atruck/trailer that a forklift can load the pallet onto)

Item will be shipped on a pallet in a safe and secure manner. Item will be shipped/dropped off at our local freight terminal within 5 business days of purchase at the very latest.

Freight Shipping FAQs

VERY IMPORTANT - Delivery Inspection and Damages:Inspection by buyer is REQUIRED at time of delivery or receipt, whether at aresidence, business, or freight terminal. Please fully inspect the item for shipmentdamage BEFORE signing the bill of lading (BOL). You need to be completely sure theitem wasn’t damaged by the shipping company before you sign for it. Thisincludes unpacking the item if necessary. If you sign the BOL without inspectingthe item thoroughly and documenting any damages on the BOL, we will NOT be ableto file a claim with the carrier for shipment damage because signing the BOLmeans you are agreeing that the item was delivered to you without any shipmentdamage and are waiving any right to claim the item was damaged during shipment,so please protect yourself and thoroughly inspect the item before signingfor the shipment. If there is any shipment damage, it MUST be indicated on theBill of Lading. Document any and all damage you notice. It is also a goodidea to take pictures to document the delivery. Please also contact usimmediately. We will NOT be heldresponsible for shipment damage if you fail to do your part to inspect the itemand indicate and document any damages on the bill of lading before signing.This means you are liable for the damages should you fail to document them asexplained.

If there is significant and obvious damage to theshipment, please write “refused/damaged” on the BOL and refuse theshipment. Take several pictures of the damage and get the driver’s name. Contactus immediately.

Concealed Shipment Damage: In the event ofconcealed shipment damage to the item that could NOT have been discovered atthe time of receipt even with unpacking and thorough inspection, you mustnotify us immediately. You are responsible to fully, thoroughly, and quicklytest and examine the item after delivery and notify us of any issues or concealedshipment damage immediately. Remember to document everything with photos.

Freight Shipping Insurance: All of our freightitems ship fully insured. Please follow all the instructions we provide you toensure that we can file a claim with the carrier in the rare event that theitem is damaged during shipping.

Residential Delivery: Any delivery to aresidential address or residential area, including home based businesses.

Liftgate Service: If you do not have a loadingdock or a forklift at your delivery site, liftgate service will be required to lowerthe item to the ground.

Inside Delivery: Freight carriers will generallyonly provide curbside/end of driveway delivery. Buyer must be able to move iteminside by themselves. Some freight companies can move the item “inside” for anextra fee. (Inside simply means they can move it into a garage, etc. They willNOT take it off the pallet and help you move it into a house or anything likethat)
