Return Policy

After receiving the item, contact Frontier Computer Corp. within 14 days to receive a money back refund. Buyer pays return shipping. If product is defective notify Frontier Computer Corp. withing 5 days of receiving the product. Frontier technicians will try to solve the problem prior to issuing an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). If the issue can not be solved and it is an issue related to defective or non-working equipment Frontier will either replace the equipment at their expense or choose to issue a credit in the full amount of the equipment value.
